This account has been cancelled. I was not to be billed anymore. Now I have a charge on my account for $*.**. I never made the account and I never authorized my card to be billed either. I was more than assured the this would never happen again. I would like this resolved permanently and refunded what I was charged.*Apparently this is my daughter's account. But once again I have given no one authorization to use my card. I .ade that very clear the last time I spoke to custi.er service. I was told my info would be deleted. That needs to be done!!*Thank you
GetHuman-alaska_l did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
