I was charged twice this month for the service fee. This has caused my checking account to now be in the negative status. I want Spotify to remove the second charge ASAP!!!! The fee of $**.** is a monthly charge. I have already paid it this month and another monthly fee of $**.** showed up on my checking account today causing me to be in the negative status. My bank told me to call Spotify to do a merchant release. If this is not done TODAY, my bank is going to charge me a $**.** overdraft fee. My checking account is in the negative due to Spotify charging me for a second time this month. Please do the merchant release ASAP. Thanks sooooo much!!
