Recently I was charged $*.** the last * months for a subscription which I thought was free. I have emailed about the matter already to the customer service email. And as of today, I was charged again for the *rd time. Is there any way you cancel the recurring payments? I'm not sure which email or account is linked to my card either. Could you find out and possibly stop these payments? I can send merchant info as it appears on my bank statement if necessary for proof.
GetHuman-angelakd did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.

I had an online chat with Spotify support to get to the bottom of this. They had to get the bank card info and the dates that I was charged. Then they were able to see which email my card was linked to. It was an email that I didn't know or recognize. Somehow someone had my bank card number to link it to their account. They blocked this other person's email and removed my bank card info from them. Also, I should be getting my refund for those * charges within * to * business days.
