I called Discover Card & the service rep placed a stop payment on these two recurring monthly charges (since I do not have Spotify accounts & have not authorized this card to be used to open Spotify accounts). This is a temporary fix, but we need to cancel these accounts, because I am no longer going to be paying for them.
GetHuman-tdtink did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.

We are waiting for GetHuman-tdtink to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
