I am being charged for my account for at least * months and have never used the premium account. I am on the free subscription but still keep getting charged. Please refund all of these charges. Thank you. I do not have any other accounts. I checked FB and all other email addresses. It's credit card Amex ending in *****.
GetHuman-pooleda did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
