Hi, my account seems to be being used by an unauthorized user. I have a family plan that includes myself and three other people. Nobody in my family is using MY account, and I even kicked off all devices and changed my password. After doing this I was fine for a few days, until just last night when I was unable to listen to anything because another device was logged into my account. Is there any way to identify the device that is using it? If so, how can we go about blocking their use in the future? This is very frustrating and a quick reply would be appreciated. Thank you.

I had logged into my spotify using a corporate device for an event, and this device was not being disconnected when I forced disconnects from your website. I only realized the situation by the recently played songs in my playlist and was able to log out on that device.
