The issue in GetHuman-izumimar's own words
Since March **** when we moved to the family plan we have been charged for both the family plan and premium plan. We activated my son Mason Blaut on our family plan at that time and as you noted you would automatically deactivate his premium plan. That didn't happen. We have been over charged since March or * months at $**.** each month. Total of $**.**. Please refund this amount. Thank you
GetHuman-izumimar did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
