I have been trying to cancel my Spotify account for the past three years. At the time I was only ** and hadn't a clue what to do, Three years later I still can't. I created the account when it was free as a student. After I finished college, i created another account when I was at Waitress through my email account there, which I can no longer access and I've paid each month, and when I tried to login to cancel it wouldn't let me, probably because I can't access it through the waitress email account, and to date I am still unable to stop payment. It is saying there is no email account under my email, but you are taking monies each month. I am now with my aunty, who is typing this with me. we feel I should be credited for at the very least the last year of payments as there is absolutely nothing to help me on your sites, believe me, i've tried. can you please help me.
I trust that Spotify will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
