Help with my Spotify issue
GetHuman740972's next move: find and follow the right step-by-step guide.
Spotify doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman740972 will need to dig through the advice provided by Spotify, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman740972 can let us know if they help or not.

The issue in GetHuman740972's own words
I want to cancel this service and get a refund ... My daughter signed up for a free trial and never canceled (because she is **!) I want a refund for the last three months and to cancel but I have no account info (login password, etc)
I have spent over an hour trying to reach someone at Spotify. I am very frustrated. I have never experienced invisible customer service and don’t know how you stay in business.
I would like a refund of the three charges that were charged to my debit account. ******** - *.**, ********* - *.** and ********* - *.**. A total of **.** and I want my account canceled - the debit card that was charged and should be credited is Bank of the west master card ***** **** **** ****
I don’t know - my daughter was the one who had the free trial
I have an issue with Spotify too
