I set up an account with Spotify in July ****, and this is when I submitted my card details knowing that I am on a **-day trial period and **.**$ will be debited every month from my account starting August ****. As I used Spotify that month (barely *-* times as far as my memory goes), I realised that it is not a suitable music app for me. Soon after I lost my phone thus I forgot the fact that I ever had a Spotify app on my old phone and a monthly subscription too. **I was looking into my account statement yesterday after very long, and realised that since August last year **.**$ has been deducted from my account towards my Spotify subscription. **I realise that I could have promptly cancelled my subscription, however due to non-usage of my account during the billing period, I am requesting a refund of the ***$ that have been deducted from my account till date.**Account email ID- *****@***.com**I would truly appreciate Spotify's help in this regard.**Thank you!
