My elderly aunt mistakenly signed up for a Spotify account several months ago. She must have accidentally clicked something on her computer. She does not even know what Spotify is. I know that she has frequently contacted American Express to cancel the charge, but I'm sure she has also paid some of the monthly charges. I am requesting that her account be canceled immediately and the charges that she has paid, be refunded. Please email me with the account info you need to make this happen.**Sincerely,*Lisa Bailey
