I was charged $*.** for the Premium Subscription. I advised the last Customer Support Rep at Spotify during our last conversation that I didn't want to be charged moving forward (This recently just happened and I had to go through this same refund request process). **I only want the FREE Spotify. I would like to be refunded the $*.** as soon as possible and cancel my premium Spotify account and ONLY continue with the free account.
