Spotify charged me for two Premium annual subscription fees, for a total of $***. My daughter has a free Spotify account and that's it* I disputed the payments of @$*** each with my bank, but the bank came back and said Spotify charged my account and not someone who stole my debit card number, so the charges are legitimate. However, we did not request or want two Premium subscriptions* they did not ask or get our permission to make these charges.
GetHuman-tboegne did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
