I have the same issue I have a premium family account at $** a month and then I have another set of charges every month for $** a month and Spotify so far has told me they would refund the money and it's still not been done and I sent emails repeatedly to not have anything done my name is Chris Haines my phone number is ***-***-**** my email is: *****@***.com the first six numbers of my debit card are for ***** the last four are or * * * * please make this right I'm on a fixed income and I need the money I don't have an extra $** a month to throw away
