I never signed up for Spotify. Did the free trial and then cancelled. Just realized you’ve been billing me ever since. I do not ever * have not ever used since the trial period. Please refund all charges. (My family shares a Spotify account. I assumed these charges were for that one, but learned that they are paying in a separate card!)
