I have just seen a payment from my mobile account to a third party. When I enquired with EE - I was told payment was made to Spotify for £*.** from my mobile number ***** ****** on * March **** at **.** and ** March **** at **:**pm for my mobile number ************ for £*.**. These both transactions have been made without my authorisation as the account holder and I have notified EE to block any further such payments to third parties. *I want to know how this has occurred without my knowledge without providing payment details and want a refund. Please cancel any further transactions if this is on auto repeat until cancelled.**My name is Javaid M Yaqub (DOB **-**-****). My email is *****@***.com**I have discovered the Spotify may be linked to *****@***.com but is on "free"
