To whom it may concern:**I've been trying to contact you for Months to cancel my subscription. Your company has been pulling $*.** out of my account every month for the last several months, and I go into the account information on my phone and it says that I don't even have spotify premium. **I want to get unsubscribed from spotify, so that $*.** doesn't continue coming out of my account and I want a refund for * months. **I'm completely irritated with this company, and I won't be using spotify again.**Rose Simmons
