I updated my account with vodaphone. They were meant to pay for my Spotify. They hadn’t, so I was still paying through them plus paying you direct, so paying twice, when shouldn’t be paying anything! I have spoken to VF and they have sorted the problem their end and refunded me. I need to cancel my account and Rejoin with VF but also need a refund of £**.** as it was paid directly from me too*Many thanks, Jayne Taylor
