I recently received my order for a pair of 800G boots (Order #[redacted]1). I have been buying these boots every few years and have always been happy with the quality. However, this new pair is different. One boot is much thinner on the upper part and seems to be made with a different process compared to the other one. The thin boot collapses and is hard to put on as it doesn't stand on its own when taken off. I would like to receive a replacement pair that matches the quality of the boots I have purchased from you in the past. Thank you! - Leo L.
