Help with my Sports Illustrated issue

Subscription number **********, William Viar. I renewed my subscription on August **, **** and last week I got a notice my subscription needs to be renewed, and that current subscription ends October ****. I don't understand why I am being told I have to renew.

GetHuman5217745 did not yet indicate what Sports Illustrated should do to make this right.

I called and told them I got a mailing that my SI subscription was expiring after I had already renewed. They verified my subscription number and told me that they showed I was paid up and that a late notice was likely sent about the time I renewed. Everything is good to go.
