I was searching for who has a specific phone * and saw a listing for free look-up by Spokeo. I clicked, input the phone * I wanted and was switched to a page stating the search would cost $*.**. $*.** is NOT FREE but I decided to do it on a one time basis so I put in my credit card info for the $*.**. Next screen notified me that I was becoming a member and would be charged monthly after the first week. That is not what was implied in your search listing nor in the preceding forms and I do NOT want to be a member. I do not want to automatically become a member of anything, much less Spokeo. Misleading info in your search listing and your web site. Cancel my membership immediately and remove my credit card information.
GetHuman-hlweinga did not yet indicate what Spokeo should do to make this right.

Leave both voice messages and emails with details of what happened and what outcome you want. Be very specific
