I had reservations for Nov * -Nov** to go to Orlando. I was notified by e-mail that is was cancelled. I want a cash refund instead of using the money later. LBVZ*P is the code and the amount is $***.**. Also when I made the reservation a computer glitch occurred and I was double booked. When I received the e-mail I called and they said I could only use the money later so they put it into my account. I would love to get that back by Cash also. Please let me know as you find out if you can solve my problem.
