*********To Whom it may concern:*I am a valued customer. I appreciate Spirit and want to do more business in future with Spirit. I need for you to consider my case and work with me and Zia travel LLC, Razija Poric. *My name is Ivana Moore and I have gone through Zia travel LLC to purchase the Tickets on ********. See attached bellow. At the Time of the purchase, with Zia Travel LLC, I was not informed that they are through Spirit not that they are not refundable. I have asked right away my agent and I have provided her my email address (*****@***.com) to send us the confirmation. My agent Razia Porc communicated that she will send ASAP. I had to go back and forth on the text to ask her to send it and I have finally received the notice of the ticket on **********. See second text note attached. It is at that time, that I have seen that Zia Travel LLC has used Spirit and I, myself, have read that they are not refundable. Please note, nowhere on the receipt is there a price that we were charged.*Few days later, I have contacted to add my second daughter Emma Moore, and we have made a second purchase on **********. I have received details for the ticket right away from Razia – thank you Razija It was not communicated to me that the second ticket was ***.** which is note than the first two tickets ***.**. I have not received my statements, but nowhere on my records from Zia Travel can I what we have paid for all three tickets, except what was said to me verbally by Razia. *My mother has passed away. See death certificate. I have a twin sister and she has on ******** night experienced challenging depressive episode. Right away on Monday, On Monday I have accompanied my twin to the doctor’s office with her psychiatrist. She was recommended Physician directive Intensive Outpatient program. See form attached. Doctor has also suggested that family member stays with her, which changes the situation for my trip. I am needed to be here for my twin. My twin only has me and asking you to escalate and do the right thing here. We are aware of Spirt and have been told how you value and treat your customers. I will be spending * times per week with her and other time with my family. Also doctor is in the process of arranging family leave of act for her to be able to take good care of herself. *As I have said, Zia Travel LLC has worked with us. I need you to work with her and with me to streamline and get this resolved ASAP. I will be sending this letter to my sister and she will approve of it. She will be sending to her doctor as well. *We are counting on you. We are looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Let’s resolve ASAP!!!
