I traveled from Fort Lauderdale to NY on April **. I used the kiosk to check in my bags. I was charged for * bags and only had *. Due to timing I wasn’t able to argue my issue or I would have missed my flight. I have photos of my luggage & my receipt. I would like you to correct this matter and refund my money to the card I used. My flight was ****. I was charged ***.**. My name is Tracy Barco and the conf. * is FGP**X.
