I had a fight from Canc*n to Ft Lauderdale **********That I paid at the airport bag fee on * bags and I have Not flew because. *Your stuff were very unprofessional and rude lying about the situation we had to prior to boarding. We check in at *:** and wanted to go to gate but it was not on boarding pass or on the monitors. We then *Went to eat unfortunately it was the other side of the spirit gate. *The spirit attended found ** min before the flight leave and report it in the radio that we on the way I had to run to get and got there before the ** min as it stated on boarding pass. When we got to gate they i form me that we cannot board as the security close the flight. *We were surprised that our laggage was out already from the airplane. *And our seats sold to stand by passenger.*When we were in gate we saw that there is other passenger left in the airport. *There was never Announcement in English *Or the gate * on time ** min before boarding. *We were in we’re found ** min before flight leave. But the the gate personals was nothing but rude and nasty to us. *We were treated very disrespectful and airport police was call to gate on us!*We explain the crew that we must return to check in area to try locate a replacement flight as we have another connection to catch the other flight availabel in spirit was full for the next * days and we should go to another airline company.*Sadly They kept is over an hr until the police come to tells us we can go. *I do * have witness that we’re with me all this time.*We ask to get refund on on bag fee since we didn’t fly and they told us they don’t do refund.*I am sure that you have a camera or gate report to prove our arrival to gate and story. *Confirmation * *************. **********.*I am really think that it could be resolved difrently or in another way especially returning Coustomer. *Now my trip cost me double and I am looking to get some compensation or at least my bag fee back.*Thank you
