My flight from ORD on October **th **** was initially delayed *hr ** min. I went to check in my bag and was told the flight was delayed considerably longer. Due to the inconvenience, I asked for my * checked bag fee to be waived, which I dont believe was unreasonable. The counter employee told me he would get his manager. When the manager came out to speak with me he was rude and condescending. He told me if I didn't like the way they conducted business, too **** bad. I was not angry or rude at any point and after he told me too bad he canceled my ticket, refunded my money, and told me to find another airline. This is absolutely unacceptable. This was my *st flight booked on spirit and I will never make that mistake again. I'm not sure how spirit conducts its business, but Walmart has better customer service. I will be consulting with my colleagues to determine the best way for my firm to bring legal action against spirit airlines.
