I booked a flight on October **, I was going to take a carry-on but noticed online that there is a charge . On October ** I called to add that chargeAnd was told it would cost $** both ways... I had noticed on your website it was $** ....I told this to costumer service he said No it’s $**.. I just double checked and it is $** will I get reimbursed for this misunderstanding ?
