We were charged an extra $** for an overweight suitcase. A few minutes later, at check-in, an employee informed us the charge should have only been $**, but that instead of a refund, we would have a $** "credit" with the airline. We feel this is unfair as it was not our mistake and we have no idea if or when we will be flying with Spirit again. Can you please just refund the money to our credit card?
