The issue in GetHuman-ericastr's own words
My flight was initially set to leave at *:**pm *******. It was delayed until **:**pm *******, then it was delayed again until *:**pm *******. That means I will not get home until about *:**pm the next day. This is unacceptable. I have work tomorrow, and a daughter to get home to. I need a flight home tonight, however that needs to happen. If that is not possible, I need to be compensated for the lost revenue of a work-day (I am self employed), and travel expenses. If this is not handled professionally and promptly, that will be reflected in online reviews, wherever I can place them.
GetHuman-ericastr did not yet indicate what Spirit should do to make this right.
