my husband was suposed to get a $** voucher, ended up being **$, tried to aply it to flight, it only applied $**. what is u with that. it all started with his flight from nola to chicago to las vegas taking him ** hours due to flight delays and missing his connecting flight from chicago to vegas. took him ** hours because of sirit to get there. he was suosed to get a $*** voucher, they gave him a $** voucher. now when I try to aly the voucher it only applies $**. I don't understand spirits lack of customer service. on our flight back from vegas to tampa they switched our seats we urchased and we were suppossed to get a refund on that, fat chance, not going to happen. once again lack of communication,poor customer service, actually no customer service. i am very unhappy with your service, you dont even try to help. the customer service number just runs you around the automated system.
