Hello,**I booked a flight last year for October ****. Due to Hurricane Harvey, I had to cancel my reservation because I am a college student in the Houston area and our academic schedule was changed due to the delay that the storm caused. I went to the Spirit counter after the storm to see if I could use the credit somewhere else. The desk clerk offered me a flight credit for my funds used for the flight. She did not inform me that the flight credit would expire in a specific amount of days. I went to the counter recently to try and use my account credit and was rudely told by and employee that my credit was not valid anymore. He was very condescending and I told him that I was not informed of the time limit of my credit.
GetHuman650260 did not yet indicate what Spirit should do to make this right.
