$*** in charges after traveling to FL. When we arrived at the airport and went to check our bags, we were told the flight was already closed ** minutes before the flight time. This was not noted in the confirmation emails I received or on the ticket. The ticket indicated the gates close ** minutes before the flight time. I would like the $*** charges to change flights refunded since we had to spend another * hours in the airport as a result of this rule we were never notified about.**I paid an addition $*** for additional checked bags, but there was another $** I was charged for and I don't know why. Please explain or refund as well. **If I can't get at least some of these superfluous charges refunded, I can't see myself ever flying with Spirit again. **Thank you very much for your assistance
