Ok, this is concerning a situation that occurred yesterday at a spectrum office, Clarksville , TN. I went in to pay my bill, approached the front desk, Stared to speak to the rep about my bill, about charges on my bill for what they call private titles, come to find out that they where on-demand charges for showtime and Cinemax. I did not realize that there were charges for this , being on on-demand. It did not post a price up front for them, such as a pay for view, also since my subscription includes these premium channels, I should not be charged for them. But MS.G as referred on my receipt, insist that i owed for them, and acted as if that was there was to say about this billing, and if referred to no posting of the price, she liked rolled her eyes at me like it was nothing, and not even giving me adequate explanation for this transgression in my billing . All that did was to get me more defiant to this billing error as I see it. Asked to see the manager, she proceeded to use the computer to notify him, or so it be, still no response from him, she makes the comment that he is probably multi-tasking. So she comes up with this thing about blocking on-demand, which in turn does not resolve the billing problem I 'am having. finally agrees to taking these charges off the bill totaling to the amount of $**.** not including tax's. When I get home is when I look at the receipt she attached to my bill, it shows current balance of $***.**, my balance on my bill only shows amount owed of$***.**, less the $**.** making the payment of $***.**, which is what I made, but yet it shows a balance $**.** as a new balance owed. When I was lead to believe that I had paid this account in full. Is this the practice that is instilled into your customer reps. I cannot feel that I have been deceived by this person
