I cancelled my service on *********, I returned all equipment and cancelled at the store. I had called previously and cancelled on the phone, but apparently whoever took the message did not communicate it. I received my bill for the full amount which would have paid through ********. When I called on *********, to find out what was due, I was told to call back in about * or * days, it took that long to process.*Then a week later I went online and was not able to access my account because it was cancelled. So I called AGAIN and was told that the full amount was due, because Spectrum does not prorate anything. I explained that was not ethical or good business practice because Spectrum was wanting me to pay for almost four weeks of service that they were not providing. I was told that is just they way that Spectrum does business. I dont mind paying for the service til *******, but not after that
