Have spectrum, made us get a box to receive cable. Cable worked fine before the box, now picture freezes, stations we pay for we don’t get at times and the cable box will just reboot itself at any time right in the middle of anything your watching. If you call spectrum they will reboot the box for you and everything works fine for a few days, we get all the stations we’re suppose to, then the same thing happens over and over... all this yet they raise the cable bill and the price of the box. So the service is terrible but they raise the bill by about $** a month. Been a good customer for many years, when I call and complain they say there is nothing they can do. If there were no issues I still wouldn’t agree with raising the bill and how much we pay for what we receive but the increase wouldn’t hurt so much. A price increase doesn’t seem correct, pay more for terrible service and raise the price on a box that I was fine not having, had no issues with the tv without the box, but they now require you to have. Paid enough before, no need to raise the bill.
