Yesterday morning, Sunday, September **, we woke up to no tv service and a toll free number on the screen to call. *I was transferred ** times! Alond the way, someone told us that an employee had "downgraded" our account at *:** am, although your office was not open at that time. We have had this service only ONE WEEK. We most certainly did not call to downgrade it.**After being on the phone for * hours, ** minutes and ** seconds, we got someone (Cerica) who set up a tech visit for today, ,Monday, September **. **Each rep I spoke to put me on hold for at least ** minutes. When someone came back on the line, it was a different person. I was transferred between sales and repair * times!!!!***A rep is here now to restore service, and he is having trouble!***Please call me at ***.***.**** ASAP.
GetHuman-crtrask did not yet indicate what Spectrum should do to make this right.
