I received a letter stating my area was being upgraded and I needed a tuning adapter to continue to receive all my channels on my Tivo. I went to the local Spectrum store and picked up a tuning adapter. I couldn't get it to work, so I called Spectrum cable card support and they said the tuning adapter I had (Cisco) wouldn't work with my cable card (Motorola * Arris). They said they would ship me a compatible one. That was two weeks ago and I haven't received one. I've called support a few times and all they can tell me is that there is an order placed, but they don't have any other information. The upgrade for my area takes place *****, and I don't want to lose any of my channels.
GetHuman922195 did not yet indicate what Spectrum should do to make this right.
