I recently had my annual eye exam on 3-6-19 and wear contacts. Upon purchasing my contacts, I learned that due to my astigmatism, the exam sitting fee of $[redacted] was not covered, unlike the $10 fee for non-astigmatism patients. The sales representative explained that my astigmatism led to this difference in coverage, leaving me with an unexpected bill. I find it unjust that I am penalized for a condition beyond my control, requiring full payment despite having insurance. Despite contacting customer service and reviewing my benefits, I seek a clear explanation for the lack of coverage based on my eye shape. I plan to forward the bill to Spectera in the hopes of receiving fair treatment and equal coverage like other contact lens wearers.

I am Scott Williams residing at [redacted] Boulder Creek Rd, Darby, MT [redacted]. Today was the scheduled activation day for my home phone. I patiently waited all day but never received the expected dial tone. Unfortunately, during this time, I missed a crucial call from my son before he departed for Iraq. This entire day feels wasted, and I am extremely disappointed. As a new customer, this is a very unsatisfactory beginning. I urge for a technician to visit my home promptly to address and resolve this issue. Since I cannot access my email, a necessary contact must be made via phone on [redacted].
