Good customer. Good Payment History. Cooler is leaking water. Called to get it replaced. They left replacement at my door. The hot portion does not work and they never picked up the broken cooler. Customer Service does not know how to assist. My Credit Card was stolen and that theft caused a lapse in payment just recently. They Locked the Account. They will not pick up the broken unit until full payment is made. Customer Service only says what they can't do. Won't make another payment till someone helps me. So I have two coolers and an unresolved issue.

Return broken cooler and empty bottles. Have the cooler that was left at the door, serviced so the hot and cold portion works. ... No weekend service. No service before eight am or after five pm. Won't email a customer they can't reach by phone. Won't credit the account for time without service. Won't pick up the product after an account is locked.
This has taken far too long to resolve. Almost daily conversations for three weeks. Someone should have made an "exception to company policy" to pick up this equipment after the customer has called over four times. Leaving a cooler with (no follow -up ) at the door.... is unacceptable, and a clear lack of care for the customer. No follow-up to make sure it wasn't stolen and if it the customer was able to set it up and it is working properly.
Pick up the broken cooler. Fix the one in use.
Five years...a customer for five years.
The check mark that says this is resolved is false. As of Nov seventh twenty eighteen....This remains UNRESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
