Hello- I recently bought my first pair of Spanx stockings about a week ago, and unfortunately, they got a run on the very first day. I contacted your live chat for assistance, and the representative was very helpful and willing to replace the stockings. However, I was at work at the time without the model number. I am now trying to access live chat again without success. The model number of the stockings is 20028R/5M2. Can you please assist me with replacing the stockings? Although it was my first time purchasing Spanx and I loved them, I made a mistake by getting size 5 instead of size 4 at Kohl's. I am looking forward to your response. Thank you, Sue.

I bought two pairs of high waist shapewear shorts from Target, one in black and one in nude, and I really like how they shape my body. However, I have noticed an issue with the grip strip on the inside that prevents them from rolling down - it seems to be defective. I don't want to return used undergarments to Target and would prefer to have them replaced. I've had similar shapewear with grip strips that never peeled off, so I believe this might be a defect.

I bought the draped front jacket on Black Friday with a 20% discount. However, I never got an order confirmation or shipping tracking. Today, I noticed my account was charged $[redacted] for the purchase. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation or an order number for this transaction. Subsequently, I reordered the jacket at full price, and this time I did get the shipping and order confirmations. The order number for the second purchase is [redacted][redacted] placed on 12/4. I am looking to make a Christmas order. I have tried contacting your customer service for the past two weeks but have not been able to speak to anyone despite waiting for thirty minutes. I am unable to place an order on your website, and the call-back request feature seems to be unavailable. I am inquiring about a return authorization (RA) for three pairs of velvet tights. I mistakenly used the RA for some csmi tops that I sent back. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone and text, I have not yet received a replacement RA. I attempted to call three times, but the wait exceeded 30 minutes each time. Therefore, I am resorting to email now. My details are as follows: Sheila D. 28 Colborne Road, No 23 Brighton, MA, 02[redacted][redacted] I received a credit for the return, but I believe I was supposed to receive an additional pair in XL size, which has not arrived yet.

I accidentally ordered a 32A bra but wanted a 38C. I tried to cancel the order without success. I received the 38C I wanted, but also received two 32A bras in the wrong size. I'm not good with the internet, and I'm sure I didn't cause this mistake. I need help with returning the wrong items. Thank you, Susan Westwood.

I received a strapless bra, but it didn't fit me like my usual size. Unfortunately, there was no invoice in the box. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. The order was placed on August 26, [redacted], and shipped to Taos, NM on the 27th. I understand the "no returns or exchanges" policy, but I'm disappointed as I've been a loyal Spanx customer for years. I would like to return it despite the policy.
