I went to my house and checked to see if the gas had been turned on I had to leave my house unlocked. I turned the stove on and it came on right away so I assumed the gas man had been there. Then I get a call this afternoon from a gas man who said he was going to turn the gas on. I explained that we checked and it was on. He said it must have been residual gas in the line. I said okay I can be there in ** minutes and he said at *:** he would not stay. I am a ** year old widow and I can’t leave my home open because the gas company can’t*won’t give me a span of time when you could arrive nor are you willing to give me a call when you are on your way when you have my phone number. No other utility treated me this way. The news media should be told how uncooperative your company is. This is no way to treat an elderly person. If you care to resolve this issue please give me a call at ***-***-****
