Reference Confirmation * **GRM *On * Oct **, our Southwest flight was cancelled and we were rebooked for ** Oct **. However, we are not able to check-in. The website states "Reservation Not Ticketed" and to call Southwest. I called yesterday ** Oct and was on hold for * and a half hours and never talked to anyone. This morning ** Oct I called and I've been on hold for ** min and still haven't talked to anyone. While cancelations may happen it is complete negligence to rebook but not ticket a passenger. It is inexcusable for SWA to never answer the phone. Please have Southwest fix the problem, refund the ticket, refund early bird check-in, provide rental car reimbursement $***, and per diem at the federal rate for Santa Barbara CA of $*** per day per person. For the two of us that is $****. Thank You, Jesse & Febe Washburn
