I sent a request to extend my credit expiration date by * weeks and got a real *****cookie cutter response. I only got a *-month extension, while others who cancelled earlier in the month got a longer extension. Covid is the only reason I was forced to cancel and my grandkids' elementary school doesn't let out until June * (my expiration date is May **). I tried to schedule flights for June *. Does someone there have a heart?****** RESPONSE:*"Dear Diane,**Thank you for contacting us. I appreciate the chance to address your concerns.**The unused travel funds associated with confirmation number RGCTZ* will expire on May **, ****. It is necessary for travel funds to be available for a Customer to use until the expiration date listed on the Customer’s itinerary and receipt. If the funds are not applied to another trip completed by the expiration date, the ticket and associated travel funds will no longer be available.**Your business is truly important to us, and we look forward to our next opportunity to welcome you onboard.**Sincerely,*Scott*Southwest Airlines"
