We were booked on a SW vacation package and bought the insurance since my husband is in his **'s and has health issues. We cancelled the package because my husband's physician said he does not want him on airplanes under any any circumstances. We were under the impression we would get a total refund should we cancel. When I called today regarding the status of our refund, we were told we would not get a refund on the air, only the hotel. This is not acceptable to us. Trip cancellation insurance should be a refund*not a credit. The confirmation number on air is J**F*C. The package confirmation is *HL*****. Again. we will be unable to use the credit please email or call me and let me know that a refund will be issued. *Thank you,*Andrea Levy****-***-**********@***.com
