My name is Mao Zheng**On *******, I was on flight ****. From FLL to BNA. I missed first round service when attendant Cathy (name maybe spelled differently) asked customers for what drink they would like to, because I was sleeping at that time. When l woke up, l saw Cathy was serving drinks row by row. I waited until she came close to me enough to serve the people in the same row I was in. Although she was serving the people across the hallway, but she was standing in the middle of the hallway so she can hear me clearly . I said "excuse me" to her, she did not look at me, she looked at her tray only. Then I called "excuse me" to her another two times again. She ignored me again. Then l call "Hello" to her three times. Then she turned her head to me and l immediately requested a gingeral for my drink. Since she did not say anything, the girl sitting next to me though that l was still ignored by Cathy, so the girl called "excuse me" to Cathy, and said to her that I tried to get her attention. Finally l got my drink, but the drink was full of ice with little gingerale. I did not ask her anymore.**I am an old Asian womam. I felt I was discriminated by Cathy, and received bad service from her.**By the way, I had a best service on the transfer flight which was ******* flight **** from BNA to SNA. Both man and woman attendants worked diligently and wholeheartedly to serve the people. They not only met customers' need, but also made customers felt warm welcome. I have been a southwest airline customer for many years. I love it. Most workers are excellent. **I wish that there are some way the customers can find the attendants' name easily.

I made a mistake by putting my name in it. l have been worried about my ID safty since then. I solved issue by forgiving and forgetting about it, may be she really didn't hear me. So please stop posting my issue, and delete my name. I would like to have peace in mind. Thank you.
