My itinerary was changed. The email was not clear AT ALL. The change was from a direct flight to a non-direct flight, which resulted in a flight number change. I spent several minutes trying to figure out what had changed. Finally, I had to call customer service to ask what the actual change was to my itinerary. I waited on hold almost ** minutes to speak to someone. Had I noticed the flight number change, I assume I could have looked up the new flight number to decipher the change. But either way, this is an inconvenience to me - when I am already being inconvenienced by a change in my itinerary. I realize these emails are auto-generated* but providing details outlining exactly what the itinerary change is, would be a FAR better experience.
