Early board fee. Why waste our money being honest and buying not one but two early bird checkiin spots?Every time we get on board someone is saving seats. But today was the worst. A family of ** seated with * of the members getting early bird checkin. They had their hats, purses, jackets saving all the seats up front. I did not complain to the attendants due to I wanted a stress free flight. I never flew until my first flight with Southwest * years ago. I feel this is not a fair practice and the attendants should not allow it. We pay the extra money to make sure we can get on board early to select seats up front due to my ears cant take the rumble of the engines. What if every couple or every large family only bought one early bird checkin spot , boarded, and saved seats for their party. Don't you think that might create some problems? Evidently you talk about caring about your customers, offering them the best customer service. Well I disagree. Why offer early bird check in? Do you just want our money promising us a service that is is a lie. I may have to find a different company to fly with. I am very disapointed with this practice of lies and delete.
