My travel dates that I booked online are in June and but the email confirmation is for dates in September. I alerted Customer Service of the issue and they said I would need to pay the difference in fare and change the travel dates but the fare has gone up since o originally booked. I did just speak to someone who was unable to comprehend that I do not need to travel on those dates and the reason I booked for June was because I have an event in June. She actually said to me that lots of people book travel for dates they don’t need. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Who can I speak to about computer issues with Southwest.com. I’m thinking I selected my dates and the system pulled cheaper travel dates. There has to be someone to speak with other than this out of touch employee who cannot comprehend that most people traveling for business do so for specific dates and not best fare dates.
