Terrible customer service at airport. Checked in * hours early and got section C boarding, after being delayed * times it was a packed airplane and I wouldn’t be able to sit with my spouse who is a nervous flyer. After being treated rude and paying $** more to sit next to the person I went on vacation with is terrible! I want them to fix it!!!!! I feel taken and treated terribly!!!! Flight there was great! Flight home and personnel at airport awful.
GetHuman-cgyaya did not yet indicate what Southwest Airlines should do to make this right.
