We travel. Leon travels for work. Our entire family travels for fun. There isn’t a month (and frequently it is weekly) that one of us doesn’t goes through the airport. This past week we flew on Southwest Airlines. Our flight in was cancelled before we left and our flight out was cancelled while we were traveling. We are flexible - but we’re required to shift times, dates, direct flights for layovers, hotel reservations and car rentals with lost of points and with additional costs - more then ever before. We are looking for compensation in points or dollars.
